Not sure what to say?

As fellow swimmer in the early morning hours at the Y, I wish to express my deepest sympathies to David's family. His strength and perseverance was palpable and his smile warmed my heart. He defied the odds and touched many along his way. I will miss seeing him. My deepest sympathy to you all.

Barbara and family, the Memorial Service, yesterday, was just like Dave...full of joy and love. We appreciate the honor of being able to celebrate Dave's life with you, and our prayers are with you.

Dave, your courage and faith was and will always be an inspiration to those who endure the journey with cancer. May you swim with the angels. <3

Barbara I am so sorry I just saw David's obituary & can hardly believe what all has happened to him over the years since you & I worked for Tim & Bart----I will certainly keep you & your family in my prayers---Please call me when you get a chance---Blessings--704-609-1965

Barbara and Family, so sorry for your loss - but joyous that David was sure on his future. We'll miss him in the pool. He was a man of incredible dignity and always positive attitude. I only wish we knew that you called him "Mr Happy" because we could used that to our advantage over the last years! We'll remember him fondly and always. I pray that God will fill the void in your hearts as only He can.

Barbara, I was saddened to read of the loss of your dear husband. I have often told the story of his coming to the corner of Wendover Rd. and Sharon Rd. in the pouring rain, 31 years ago, to change my flat tire, shortly after my visit to your home with my newborn daughter. I have never forgotten his kindness, truly an example of the kind of person we should all aspire to be. Please accept my condolences, your family will be in my prayers.

Barbara and family ,our prayers are with you at this time.
May Dave's legacy live on in your children and grandchildren

David, Dennie, Judy, Sherry & Mary Jane

Dennie, Sherry, Barb and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I knew David when he was a young lad living in Vicksburg,Michigan. I was a dear friend of Sherry and Dennie ( very close neighbors also) and David was the cute, younger brother that had a dog named Ginger. :-) That is my memory today and my mother's (95) and my sister Judy's. He touched our lives and left a lasting warmth. We will miss you little David. Say "hi" to Ginger.

What a beautiful human being, God is fortunate to have him on his team. Best to Barbara and family
