Not sure what to say?

Pastor Croy was such a wonderful loving pastor and an awesome teacher! I became a Christian at FBC and Pastor's teachings from the book of Romans still influence me today. He performed my baptism in November of 1980 and it was such a special experience -- I think of that time and of him often!

He was greatly loved and will be greatly missed! May God's peace and comfort be with his family at this difficult time!

Dear Croy Family:
I am so sorry for your loss.

Dear Croy Family,
Our hearts go out to you at this time. Mike and I have so many wonderful memories of Pastor Croy. Probably Our favorite was when he married us! His love for us was so clear that day. We loved him (and still love him).
He was so instrumental in my life. I had given my heart to the Lord, but didn't understand very much. I was so hungry for God's Word, and when I went to First Baptist, I heard it taught so well by Pastor Croy.
I am also so thankful for his...

Some of my earliest memories are of attending First Baptist Church. From my mother and First Baptist, I first heard of my need of a Saviour, Jesus, and His love for me. I am truly grateful for Pastor Croy and his work at First Baptist. It impacted my life and as a result, is now impacting my children's lives well. Being a military wife, I also appreciate Pastor Croy's time in the Army and the work that Dwight is now doing as an Army chaplain. May God surround you with His peace and...

Dear Croy Family,
I grew up in First Baptist Church under Pastor Croy. My entire family...my parents (Alexanders), aunts and uncles (the Wellers, and the Jacksons), and my grandparents (the Nelsons), always spoke of him with great respect and admiration. I came to know the Lord during this time in my life. Pastor Croy dedicated me to the Lord when I was a baby, and he baptized me when I was 11 years old. I remember during one communion service...we were all holding hands and singing...

Dear Croy Family,
I am so sorry to hear of your father's death. What a wonderful thing to know that he is with our Lord and Savior. I was truly blessed to grow up under your father's teaching and attending youth group with different ones in your family. May God be especially near to you at this time of mouring and loss. He is ALWAYS faithful and near to those in time of need!!

God Bless, Maureen Hittner (Holden)

I am so sorry for your loss. Pastor Croy was a wonderful and godly man. He had a part in growing my faith as a child. I sat through many of his sermons and the Holy Spirit used his words to penetrate my heart and make me think of my own relationship with God. I will be praying for all of you that God will give you special comfort in knowing that Pastor Croy is with his Savior.

I was saddened to hear of the passing of Pastor Croy. I grew up attending First Baptist and always remember his warm handshake and smile for everyone after the sermon. He was a genuine and caring man - my sympathies to the Croy family and all who were fortunate enough to know him.

Dear Croy Family,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Pastor Croy was such an influential, inspirational man in my life. His godly example to me will forever be engraved in my heart and mind. He was so very good to my mother, too, as she served as his secretary for many years.
I send my most sincere sympathy and love to you all. I have so many fond memories of your dad and of many fun times that we shared as kids together, growing up.
May you be comforted by your blessed memories...
