Not sure what to say?

The first time I met David, I knew I was in the midst of greatness. He was not only amazing at his craft; but he was spectacular in the way he lived his life. What a loss to those who knew him and to those who never got a chance to know him. Crystal, you and your family are in my thoughts often.

I had the pleasure of working with David as a client, when I worked at Ryther Child Center. I had never helped produce a video before, and David let me be involved as much as I wanted. He was a great teacher and I loved working with him. He produced a great product, but equally important, treated everyone with respect and threw in humor. His bright light will surely be missed. My sympathy goes out to his family. Know that he touched many lives.

David was a powerful presence and artistic voice in the Seattle film production community for more than three decades. It was my privilege to know him as a friend and colleague for almost that entire time. His warmth, humor, intelligence, and big heart will be sorely missed. Rest in peace, dear friend.

praying for your continued strength Crystal...and for the future happiness that David wants for you.

I had the wonderful honor to work with David on a few projects for my agency. He was a good teacher and very talented at his craft. (My partner Pam Edstom and I will always remember filming our great Road Trip adventure film with David – he was amazing). But mostly, he was an extraordinary individual who touched the lives of many, including myself. The world is less bright without his presence and he will be missed by many who loved and respected him. Including me. Melissa Waggener Zorkin

We love you Crystal...Holding you in the waves this morning, knowing how you two loved Hawaii
