Read MoreDear Kathy and Tommy, I'm sorry to hear that David passed. I saw him last at Kenny's wedding nearly 30 years ago. Dave grew into a fine young man and I'm sorry he had to suffer like he did. I worked with Dave at Eat n Park for a long time, he was always helping people and having great conversations with someone, he was a lively personality, it was there he had his first encounter with cancer he was brave and he knew he could beat it. Years later to hear this was extremely sad and I know he fought the fight with all his might, and I´m sure Dave will be missed by many. R.I.P. Dave God Bless
