Funny thing, I was thinking about Dave this morning. A happy go lucky gray-haired good looking guy came into the bookstore where I volunteer. He was talking to those in the store showing interest in what they had to say. When he left the store, the people whom he had spoken to were smiling. That was Dave!

I will never forget a river raft race on the North Umpqua River that I went on with Dave and my Dad as a teenager. Even though we went swimming two times we finished and had a great time. Miss You Uncle Dave

Dave Damon was a good man and my first basketball coach. He got me started in the sport I love. As I go to play in college. All the best wishes to his family he will be missed

Becky, Mickey, Laura and Mary, I always had such respect for your Dad! I have many wonderful memories with the Damon family that I will cherish forever. THE best part of my High School years! My prayers are with you all.
