We did not know David, but know Nathaniel and Olivia. We offer our heartfelt condolences to all the family. David sounded like a remarkable young person.

Evelyn and Stephen, I am so sorry for this loss and the pain that is a part of it. I hope that all the joyful memories and love you shared with David during his life will fill your minds and help to heal your hearts. Sending caring thoughts! Ginger Sharbel

Dear Dauphin Family, I am heart broken to hear your news. David was always the sweetest, most polite boy. I knew I could count on him to water my flowers when away. He was sure to tell me if it had rained because I couldn´t pay him for those days. He was adamant about that. Many days he stopped by the house to show me his drawings. I am praying for each of you in this time. I know the hopes, prayers and dreams we all have for our children. Claudia Veitch

Quaid and David came to LP at the same time. They were put together as "buddies". We instantly loved David and your family bc you were different- like us. From t-ball (baseball) to football to wrestling we got to know you all. We have so many memories and pictures of DD at our house, school parties, birthday parties, etc that are also etched into our minds. He was such a kind hearted (not to mention very funny) young man. His smile was infectious. I am so sorry for your loss. Our prayers are...

So very sorry to hear about David. My sincere condolences to his family.

David is one of the first students to change the way I teach art because even in 6th grade he would not be put in a box or follow the status quo. We taught each other a lot those few years. I have several samples of his artwork in my classroom and kids still ooh and ahh over them to this day so I get to speak about him often. He is one of the most talented artists I've been able to teach and will be remembered always.
