As a brand new Aviator straight out of Flight School in 1975 Dave was one of the first Aviators in our unit at Wheeler AFB Hawaii that I flew with. He was a great pilot, loyal friend and I learned a tremendous amount from him about flying, life and leadership. Rest in Peace my friend.
