Not sure what to say?

I would love to get in contact with the family of David for personal reasons. I love his story and want to know more about him as I love local military history. My name is Ellis and my phone number is 7636479969 and my email is [email protected]. If anyone has a contact in the family, please contact me! Thank you for your service David.

David worked for me part time with the City of Morris back in the early 2000s. He had a great sense of humor but the thing I remember most about his was his maturity for such a young man - he helped me through a tough period. Hardly a day goes by when I do not think about him. His military photo remains on my desk. Hope to get up to the cemetery this summer to again pay my respect to my friend.

I would like to thank everyone for their prayers and kind words over the last 9 years.
David E Day
Father of a Fallen Eagle

I spent a year in law enforcement school with David. Life took us to our separate departments. I was absolutely heart broken when I heard he had been killed overseas. Dave was a joy to work with in school. God bless sir. It was a heart wrenching class reunion at his funeral. We won't forget you Dave.

We will remember the casualties of the Global War on Terrorism from Minnesota … and the bordering states of Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. Outside of the historic Fort Snelling Veterans Memorial Chapel will be a “Memorial Garden” filled...

Hello,
We would like to express our deepest condolences and also to let the Day Family know that we recently sent Care Packages to American troops in the war zones. Each box carried a dedication sheet that includes the name, service information and photo of your loved one. We recognize that this is a humble tribute, but we wanted you to know that it is heartfelt and made possible by thousands of like-minded individuals in the youth hockey community and beyond. We will not forget. May...

In memory of David Day.

Your name was sent to me by Gaye Bishop who also lost a son in the conflict. Therefore, I am sending the following which I try to get out to as many families of fallen soldiers as possible. My sympathies are with you.
