Golf Road, Schaumburg. Interment will be private. Born March 7, 1956, in Chicago, he passed away Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2010, at Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove Village. David was the loving husband of the late Lynn; dear brother of Teresa (Michael) Kosuth, Christina (the late Michael) Sico, Michele (Michael) Flynn, Steven (Donna) Degenhart, and the late Joseph Degenhart and Barbara Carini; stepfather of Michael (Rosanne) Nitti, Jacqueline Carmody and Daniel (Kristine) Nitti; fond uncle of Sharyn, Rebecca, Kimberly, Erika, Kathryn, Danielle, Kelly and Joseph John; great-uncle of Ashley, Allyson and Ian; and stepgrandfather of Jeremiah, Matthew, Michael, Samantha, Jacob, Emily and Rachel.
