I first met Dave when he opened his first store on Burton St. I was pregnant for my son Jason. He even gave me a baby gift, a really cool bib and I still have it. He was a wonderful man and a great friend with great stories
The one I will never forget is when he went to a game in Columbus,Ohio and his windshield of his van was busted out and someone charged him over $400.00 to fix it that was just wrong. He was the biggest Michigan fan I will ever no. The last time I saw him was at a game...

My wife and I wish to extend our deepest sympathies to Mary and her kids and the rest of your family. Our family, " The Michigan Wolverine Fans", have lost a dear friend. I had the privilege of meeting Dave a day before he opened the store on Burton. He had to open the door and tell me not to press my nose on the glass. He said he would be open the next day. I came there as soon as I got out of work. He remained a friend all these years. You just didnt go the Lets Go Blue to buy...

I spent way too much time at Let's Go Blue when I was a kid thanks to Dave. Managing his store during the summers and the experiences that came with it were some of the highlights of my young life. I will always be grateful for his mentorship, his loyal customers, his love for U-M and, most of all, his friendship. Love and condolences to Mary and the family.

Go Blue Christmas!!

I will always remember Dave at his 3 different locations he had for his M GoBlue stores. I first met Dave at his Burton store. I loved talking to Dave and bringing him desserts or even steaks that I cooked at Steelcase and Christopher's catering. Dave always wanted to know about my cooking and what I was cooking next. Go Blue and I pray that Dave and Bo are having a ball!!

We are sad to hear of your passing. we have many wonderful memories of going to Rose Bowls in years past. MI was a great topic. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy many conversations in the store and great goods. May God bless your family and comfort you.

we will miss all the funny stories, you will be missed at family gatherings.
Love and prayers to your fmily.
