My sincere condolences to the family. Through work I knew Dave, always a smile on his face and a genuine good man. One memory I will never forget... Golfing with him in 1988, he was looking for his ball under a bush on the course and while he was looking in a bent over position his pants split wide open. We laughed for weeks!
