Dear DiCarlo Family, I am sorry to learn of David's death.
I grew up at 17th & Morris where Mr.DiCarlo and family ran their
Appliance business. I remember my Mom calling upon them to
Fix her washer and dryer. They immediately came to our home to
Fix the problem . Generous and thoughtful Man.
I ran into him in Twp. Some years ago and he kindly asked about my Mom. We laughed about all of South Philly packed up and moved

I worked with Dave on many issues affecting Washington Township, a very honest man. Sending heartfelt sympathy, love and prayers to his family.

It is with great sadness to hear and read about David's passing. We would have the greatest talks about "all topics". He was book of knowledge during my reign of "somebodyness". My heart and prayers go out to the family. May he rest in peace.
