Not sure what to say?

As a friend, football teammate, and USMA classmate, I have fond memories of "Dig"'s enthusiasm for life, and we'll continue to toast to his memory at our annual AFC Golf weekend. RIP, Dave.

Was just thinking about all the great, fun times at the jet company. Miss those days with you.

Can't believe Dave has left us, he was a great guy, classmate, teammate, and friend. We continue to praise his memory, every Army Golf Club Annual Tournament, which he attended religiously. RIP, Dij!

Very saddened to hear of Dave's passing or as he was dubbed in Milwaukee "Super Dave". I reflect often on the time that he spent here and his name invariably comes up when we are on the golf course. Again, deepest sympathies to Kelly, Luke and family.

Farewell Dave. I was saddened to hear that you have made you last flight here on earth, but I know you are stretching your wings in heaven now!

we are so saddened to learn of David's passing. We were in the Air Force together in Oklahoma where we shared many laughs and fond memories. After David left the AF we caught up with him in Atlanta. He was our daughter's first visitor after her birth there. We will never forget Sunday mornings when the doorbell would ring and there stood David with the newspaper in one hand, a cup of coffee in the other, asking, "When's breakfast?" We would spend the rest of the day reading the paper,...

Only today we learned of David's passing from an Air Force friend. If we would have known in time, we would have attended his memorial service. He meant that much to us. We are not only deeply saddened for your loss, but for our loss as well. We considered David (Dig) an extended member of our family.
We met in the Air Force in Oklahoma where we shared the love of flying and sports. Though our career paths went separate ways, we kept in touch throughout the years. While frequently...

We were just informed of David's passing by mutual Air Force friends. We are so sorry not only for your loss but for the loss of our good friend. If we would have known in time, we would have attended his funeral. He meant that much to us. We considered David (Dig) a member of our extended family.
