Dave you were my best friend, along with Kenny and Karl. I think about you constantly. I love you like the brother you were today as much as when you died in front of me. You live with me until I die my friend.

David - Though I never knew you, I know you. You are an inspiration to me in the way I raise my own son. You are an inspiration to me in how I value his little face, and the love that he has for me. Thank you, though it is hard, for your sacrifice.

I never had the pleasure of meeting you David however your Mother is very dear to me and I see her pain and know that she misses you more than anyone will ever understand.
