Not sure what to say?

To The Doherty Family, We send you our love, and you are, in our prayers. Mary & Dave were wonderful friends, always so friendly and kind. I remember the first time I met Mary, at story hour! She was, with her son, Joe, and I was, with my son, Josh. Take care, and God bless, to all. The Witucki Family

I remember your Dad as quite an advocate for the Flint community. As a strong supporter of Flint myself, I used to see him at many events and meetings. I have since moved to the East Coast and read about your Dad on-line. I'm so sorry for your loss. Your Dad was a wonderful person, who seemed to exhibit an old-fashioned sense of pride, integrity and class. I'm glad I had the opportunity to know him.
Sincerely,

Dear Mike and family,
I am so very, very sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. He was greatly admired, truly a gentleman with a heart as big as all outdoors. I am blessed to have countless memories of him over a long time.
God's blessings to you and all of the family.

The Dohertys were both such nice people, and cared so much about the Flint area. I have great memories of babysitting for the Doherty kids when we were neighbors on Circle Drive. Wrap yourselves in warm memories at this difficult time.

Dr. Doherty was an amazing man! I had the privilege of working with him, in his service as long-time board member of Metro Community Development. He worked tirelessly to make Flint a better community in which to live. He was a gift to all who knew him. I am so sorry for your loss, and my thoughts and prayers are with your family during this time.

Joe and Kelli, our prayers are with you at this time. Your dad was clearly an accomplished and loving man. So often we lose loved ones at an early age. God Bless you all.

We have lost a fine person. I was privileged to have worked with Dave upon his arrival at General Motors Institute for 4 yrs. My sympathy to his family.

The Bennis Family sends our sympathy to the Doherty Family. It was such a pleasure to know your parents. They were truly good people. Our love and prayers are with you all.
