Not sure what to say?

Dear Marge and Carol,
Please extend my condolences to your mom and accept mine on the loss of a man I just recently met and was so impressed with. After speaking with him in Dr. Benetione's office I felt as though I had known him for years; such a personable man who was warm and kind. I am sure he will be missed by all those who were lucky enough to have had their lives touched by him. RIP David. Elaine Markel
