Sad to hear of Dave´s passing... As a wonderful Chi Phi Fraternity brother, we shared many memorable times... May Dave be blessed and rest in peace in God´s Kingdom for eternity...

As a broker I helped David and Ava to buy Sun Valley Cottages, It was a fun transaction because they were so easy to deal with, and so sharp as business people. My condolences to Ava and the rest of the family on Davd's passing.

Enthusiastic and resilient guy. There was always a smile and a personal encouragement. There was a kindness in the sense of, I don't recall a harsh comment about someone, ever. About an issue, sure. That was fair game. Out of that package came a formidable wrestler and a reliable guy. His NH refuge makes sense to me: Quiet and close. Much like David.

I remember Dave as a thoughtful, very bright but humble and understated classmate - always willing to give it his ALL regardless of the sport or other school activity...Sure seems like he passed before his time...the Lord will know where to place him in the firmament of Heaven. warmest goodbye to David...hope to see you when I join you up there! David was of the Salisbury '73 brotherhood. His passing leaves a void that we can never fill. Rest eternal and light perpetual David.
