Not sure what to say?

I will miss you, my friend, my brother.

to the best brother ever....

So sad to lose an old friend at such a young age.

Sincere sympathy to all of David's family and to the church congregation which loved and respected him so much.

God bless.

I am speechless! Dave was one of my BEST Friends! We have been friends since Jr. High. When he moved away from Newcomerstown a part of my heart left with him. We stayed in touch and our Frienship stayed strong! He always knew what to say when I was down and he lifted my spirits. He became a friend to my husband. He and Ellen made our daughters Wedding Day Memorable for all of us. My whole family will never forget him. He was very special to me and his Memory always will...

We are devastated to lose such a fine man from our lives. Too often we just can't comprehend how God can use such a tragedy for good - but we will hope, and never forget Dave or his smiles or mischievous jokes. He added such fun to our recent tour of the UK. Like an excited Pied Piper eager to share his discoveries with everyone. We were ready to follow him anywhere! Now we'll follow him one day to heaven. With loving faithfulness,

To everyone touched by the life of Pastor David Drewes, aka "PD":

How blessed we should all feel to have been touched by the soul of such a wonderful man! A man who truly loved his people, empathized with those around him and had a true and kind heart to help those less fortunate.
We are all deeply distraught and shocked at such a tragedy. Ellen and all of my fellow church family...Dave would have wanted us to bond together and remain a single unit. To help each other and...

To all of my extended family -Alta, Jenny, Dan, Sandy, Ellen, Noelle, and Sarah - my deepest sympathies for you during this tragic time. God bless and keep you strong and safe. Love, Jody, Peter, Dave and Liz

We feel very blessed to have met you both and to have spent a wonderful time exploring England with you and David. My last memory is helping you with your suitcases as you got on the ThamesLink for your trip to Gatwick Airport. Our hearts are heavy, but praise God there is one more angel in heaven! Lots of love from The Legan's.

Ellen, I am so sorry to hear about David. You have my deepest sympathy. I am praying for you and your family. Please remember that you have many many friends that care very much for you and are willing to help with anything you may need.
