Not sure what to say?

I will always remember with fond memories the visit from Dave and Ruth here in Toronto and my exploring with Dave to meet a fellow dairy farmer who had an interesting story to tell. He opened up to Dave immediately realizing as all of us who knew Dave that he had a lightness about him that drew people to him. We all knew we could trust Dave. I will miss you more than you know.

Sorry for loss of Dave, he'll be missed for I was a neighbor (few miles). He was a very nice man and was willing to teach about maple syrup making. May he RIP and never be forgotten.

Rockin' Uncle Dave

I'll miss my Uncle DAVE A LOT! We thought alike-we didn't have to speak. He trusted me to take over Aunt Breeze's duties for a week. In the '90's every Sunday Dave and Breeze wud come to my house in Sheboygan and watch the Packer game. During halftime, we wud bake a pizza which they brought.

Dave was always very friendly and outgoing. I particularly enjoyed taking water aerobics with him. He kept us all laughing with his antics. He will be truly missed.

As I kid I spent time on the farm with the Benson family and shucked corn with David and he showed me how to butcher chickens. I have thought much of David since I left as the Sheboygan County Forester a few years back. I always loved working with David and his family on their property. He would always welcome me in for a chat and to tell stories, such a great man and family. He will be missed, I am blessed to have known him. My prayers go out to the family.
