Not sure what to say?

Julia and I will miss David Dutrow as a dear friend, second cousin and member of Courtenay's family who was always there for us. You have our deepest sympathy on his passing.

I will miss Mr. Dutrow's smile, warm personality and his love for singing. I'll never forget the day a band was playing for a crowd of residents at the Chesapeake and he got up and started singing along. My prayers are with your family.

Mr. Dutrow has been a dear friend of mine and the Hampton and Victory YMCA for years.
Whether he was swimming or enjoying his lunch-time peanut butter sandwich in the lobby at the Victory YMCA, he always had time for a hug and a story.
I'll miss his smile, his enthusiasm and his determination. He has many friends at the Y. I am proud to say I am one of them.

Mr. Dutrow was special to us at Dutrow Elementary School. I enjoyed his visits ever since I began teaching there in 1991. He will be greatly missed!

Dear Ginny & family,

Know that we are thinking of you. We have so many fond memories of your dad and his love for swimming as well as his interests in others. I have missed seeing him in the Hampton Library since he moved. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. The Gardners

Dave and Sue were became even closer friends when we became active members of First Presbyterian Church, NN, and I became a Deacon and then an Elder of that church.

Dave was an inspiration to us with his daily swimming and exercise routine that kept him...
