David M. Ellis, 55, of Herndon, Va., died Monday, April 10, 2006, at his residence.
He was the beloved husband of Diana; loving father of Brett and Jaime; son of Billie and the late Lealon C. Ellis.

Dave was an old friend from high school (he graduated a year ahead of me). We dated a little then decided that we were better off as friends. He convinced me to go to Bowling Green State University because he liked it so well - good advice! We remained friends at BG but then lost touch. He was a great fellow. I read about his passing in the Barberton Herald. Please accept my sincere sympathy.
