Dave rented our duplex at the corner of "D" and Maple Streets for a number of years. He was a dream to have as a renter. We enjoyed so much having his children visit. His sons would often play basketball with our boys. We remember his children as sharp and very nice young people. Dave was a good neighbor and good friend.
