Dave Eppel was our neighbor for many decades in Baltimore County. Growing up, we had great neighbors but Dr. Eppel stood out. He was the very definition of a mensch and exuded a certain quiet calm which just radiated making this world a much better place. May his wonderful family find comfort in remembering an exemplary life. Jan
