A brilliant professor, mentor, professional, and long time friend, David shared his wisdom and insights freely, and in turn his knowledge has been passed on my students, interns and colleagues for 40 years. He will be sorely missed, in so many ways, by so many whose lives he touched. And he will live on in the minds of others, in all that he shared. My sincere condolences to his wonderful family and his many friends.
