Rebecca and Miles,
I don't know if you remember me, but I used to work with Dave in Palm Drive Hospital ER, got to hear him play with a band, enjoyed yours and his company for some of our get togethers...especially Christmas. He always expressed such dedication and love for you both. I'm sorry for your loss. I hope you will remember all of the good times. Gale Kehres, RN(Sitka, AK)

Dear Rebecca and Miles, We love you and are holding you close to our hearts, as you face this tragic loss in your lives. As you know, our whole community also feels this loss deeply. Our family will miss Dave's friendship and companionship expressed by his calmness and gentle voice, his ready smile and encouragement, his constant dependability for school car washes and field trips, his presence at your wonderful school parties, his careful care of the pool, his remarkable garden year after...

Dearest Rebecca,
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of David for you and Miles. I want you to know my love and prayers are with you both. I am so sorry that I am not closer.
Blessings, Cheryl

Rebecca and MIles,

I am just learning of your heartbreak. My thoughts, prayers and love are with you. I want to bring you a meal, cookies and/or whatever kind of support you need. The offer stands indefinitely.

Love, Sivi Ruder

I took a music class with David years ago at the JC, and remember how supportive and kind he was to everyone in the class. I am so sorry for your loss.

Dear Rebecca and Miles,
We were heartbroken to hear the sad news about Dave. I remember busy shifts in the Emergency Room working with Dave--he had such a gentle and warm manner with the patients. Sometimes he would softly hum a jazz tune while sitting at the desk--it would remind me of his gift of music as well as his gift of healing. We at Palm Drive will miss him so much. Love, Barbara Peterson and Nick Peck

We were shocked and saddened to learn of Dave's passing. You'll be missed here on Lake Pend Orielle. Our heartfelt sympathies to Rebecca and Miles.
