David Evertz

To Shirley, Judy, Darlene, Barb Joan & Barb Ellen,
So sorry to hear of David's passing. I know you are all going to miss him. My prayers are all with you.

I was sad to hear about David. I will always remember his kindness. You are both in my thoughts and prayers.

To Mr. Evertz' family-
I was fortunate to have David as my English teacher when he was at St. Paul Central back in 1969-70.
He really cared about his students and always treated them as people. He made learning interesting. He was also a good listener.
When he left Central it was a big loss for us "Centralites" and a blessing for the Open School. He will be missed by many.

i was blessed indeed to have been in davids company while working in the juvenile correctional/ probation/educational field some years ago.what a more humane field all of this could be or have been if we all had david's kindnes, commitment,and integrity. GOD is looking over david's family ,and all who knew and love him

THIS IS MY BOTHER WHO I LOVE WITH ALL HEART HE WAS A VERY GOOD BOTHER TO HAVE IN MY LIFE .MOM .DAD. JUST HAD MY BOTHER DAVID AND THEN THEY ADOPTED FOUR GIRLS AND TWO OF THEM ARE REAL SISTER AND THEY HAD ALOT OF OTHER KIDS IN THERE HOME TO TELL THEY FOUND HOME FOR THEM , DAD HAS BEEN GONE FOR MANY YEARS NOW HE DIE OF CANER MANY YEARS AGO AND MOM IS DOING GREAT FOR A 83 YEAR OLD LADY WHO I LOVE WITH ALL MY HEART TO AND SHE IS IN A NURSE HOME AND HAS BEEN THERE FOR ABOUT...

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life’s routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

To Dave's family,

As you well know, Dave was an outstanding human being, both professionally and personally. He was extraordinarily generous with his teaching gift and his ability to touch the lives of so many people. Please accept the sympathies of our whole family, all part of the St. Paul Open School family. He will be deeply missed.
