David Fagan was a neighbor and close friend of my cousin, Bob (Doc) Martin. Dave stopped in to check on Bob nearly every day to make sure that he was alright and to see if he needed anything. Bob was very fond of Dave and looked forward to his frequent visits. It was through Bob that my husband and I came to know Dave and his lovely wife, Linda. I had the privilege 3 years ago to meet Dave through Dr. Robert Martin. Dave was his contractor, his neighbor and best friend. Dave continued to be a friend in May 2015 he again came to be a mentor for me answering any house construction questions on waterfront break walls, and take the time to just sit and talk.
