He was a great person and I love all the talks we had over many, many years about real estate. He was always their with advice when I needed it. I really miss talking to him.

David Fair was one of the most knowledgeable, intelligent, kind, funny and sharing people I have ever known. As a new agent many years ago I was always able to call on him for advice and help with tough questions and he always was patient, generous with his time and understanding. It was so wonderful to know that he was in our corner and always there to help. His advice and understanding of our business was always invaluable and he will always be remembered and will always be missed.

David was a marvelous individual! An old an trusted friend.

David was always there to help anyone! He was an ICON in the Title business and a great human being.
He is finally at rest, but will never be forgotten.

David was the most giving Attorney I have ever known. Always providing the best advice regardless...no sugarcoating just straight honesty. David was Popular with Dallas Agents & helped keep the Peace when things got tough. He will be greatly missed by all:)
