Dave was THE GREATEST. I got to know him over a 20 year period of exploring The Creek, The Wood, Big Lost.... watching him run a great guide program.... support me in teaching my kids. Lessons from Dave to me directly, or through GREAT guides including the amazing Phil Crabtree.. Dave Faltings. Gone way too soon...... RIP

Late Entry.
Very sorry to learn of Dave's passing.
While I did not know him, my brother Charlie did. On February 02, 2017, Charlie went to join Dave on the greatest river! Hope they find each other. :) Great smile Dave.
Kind regards,
Jim Wellington

You taught me a lot about flies and how to fish, Dave, but most of all you demonstrated how being genuinely kind to people and the environment provides incredible personal freedom and contentment.
