David T. Favire VIRGINIA BEACH - David Thomas Favire, 66, a longtime resident of Virginia Beach, passed away in Las Vegas, Nev., Sept. 15, 2008. He retired from the U.S. Navy in 1991 as a chief engineman and was employed by the Virginia Beach school system in 1997 until he retired in 2004. ...
