I have such great memories of Dave (& Karen) from way too many years ago. I worked with the youth in our church, and Dave was up to any challenge given him, with a smile. Sending my love to Karen & family in this time of transition and praying for the Spirit of peace to be with each of you. Julie

Dave and I were close friends. We only lived about three blocks from each other. I lived on Oak Street. I remember a lot of things we did together in scouts and around his house and they had a huge garden and a goat. His mother had me milk, the goat with her instructing me.

Karen and Family I´m deeply sorry for the loss of David! I know he brought great joy to family and friends! I´m praying for You and your family!

I spent countless hrs working with Dave fishing camping hunting playing sports living life. He was my other big brother and was much the reason us Clapier boys won state titles and excelled at many things. Once bucking hay Dave put me on top the load to throw hay off to him and my older brother Mike. He told me if he had to take more than 2 steps to a bale he would come up there and kick my backside! The next bale i threw at his easy target shoulders. My mistake was i did not immediately...

It's been too long since I had a visit with Dave. He was a prized helper and mentor as we built our home in 1979. We kept in touch off and on, but time got away. Dave and Karen are choice friends and we have been proud of their boys. Through Dave, we met Joan, Maggie, and Bill. All were skilled in their profession and a blessing to know. We pray Karen and family will be comforted with great memories and firm knowledge of the blessings that await hereafter. We send our most sincere...
