Not sure what to say?

Hello,
I dont know if this will be seen by anyone. I am taking a college course through edx online and the instructor reminded me a little of Mr. Fisher so I googled him to see if I could find anything. Unfortunately I came across this information.
Math was never my strong subject in high school. I sure remember Mr. Fishers class though. He always engaged the class through music and the eating of his organic food grade soap he kept at his desk, it may not have been soap. Maybe, maybe...

I met Dave in 2015 at a music camp in the Redwoods, Jazz Camp West. Dave is a character indeed. We had great times playing music, and going out listening to music. Truly Dave is a great talented spiritual being. We started to travel the world together. Starting with Southeast Asia. We had great times in Malaysia and Thailand. I truly will miss seeing his physical formNow he can travel without a fare.I love and miss Dave.My Condolences to his family and friends. With great Love and RespectOzzie...

David was my math teacher At Cleveland high school. I was shocked to hear yesterday that he has passed on. David was a caring person and enjoyed teaching. He was tough on his students because he wanted us to understand how life works. David and I would speak for hours about music and life. He knew my family as well, he had my older siblings in his classes a couple years before I started attending Cleveland. To his family my prays and blessings go out to you. I pray for a safe homecoming for...

Thank you Dave for all the wonderful hikes, trips and great conversations. Your friendship continues to live with me. You are loved by many and will be missed for years to come. From your cousin, Cynthia

I met David through a mentor-teacher of mine in the early days of Wells School at UW. He was an inspiration up until his SEE days, a staunch advocate and a fighter for social justice education. His presence will be missed but his spirit of solidarity and struggle continues. It was truly an honor, David...rest now, my friend! Rogelio Rigor

Remembering Dave since being at camper at CYO Summer Camp - Camp Blanchet on Raft Island, WA when he was a dishwasher there with Steve Clancy. He was great fun as the leader of our "game day". Enjoyed re-connecting with him more recently (so many, many years later). Our last interchange was having lunch in 2015 when he met up with my husband, Mike and I in Edmonds after he cycled all the way from the Greenwood District in Seattle to meet up with us. He was so excited to share his hopes...

Dave and camp friends

I got to know Dave quite well as a fellow staff member in the Catholic Youth Organization's summer camp program in the 1960s. We also attended the same high schoolSeattle Prep. We lost touch over the years, but reunited briefly at a recent gathering of old friends from camp days. Dave Fisher was an exceptional personbright; curious; filled with unabated energy, emotion, and creativity; spiritual; and dedicated to improving the lot of humankind. I will never forget Dave, especially his...
