I knew David at UC Berkeley. I pledged Sigma Alpa Mu fraternity in 1960, the year that David was Prior (president) I remember David vividly as a bright, funny and clever individual. He was a leader then....and never stopped being one in business....or family. I followed his career from afar and I'm still amazed at what he literally "created." Deepest condolences to David's wife and family. He was a classmate, leader and extremely well liked at Palm Springs High School. David was always the life of the party. What an innovative fantastic life he led. We who grew up and matured with David will long remember him.
