FITTS, David Larry, age
55, of Amelia, passed away on February 22, 2012. He is survived by Debbie Fitts; son, Charlie and wife, Niki Fitts; two grandchildren, Camryn and Shelby; parents, James Fitts and Frances Joines; sister, Ann Smith of Amelia; and brothers, Marvin, James and Paul Fitts. The family will receive friends on Friday, February 24, from
6 to 8 p.m. at Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home, 16409 Court St., in Amelia. A chapel service will be held at
2 p.m. on Saturday, February 25, 2012 at the funeral home with burial to follow at Graceland Baptist Cemetery in Powhatan.

David was a very happy person, who always greeted people with a wide smile. He loved his family as they loved him. I will miss seeing him at gatherings and holidays. May he rest in peace.
