Great times there at 1010 N. Kings Rd. I lived there w/David all of 1982 and the good-times were non-stop . We made Alot of money and I made Alot of Hollywood connections thanks to David , who always kept His Ego in check in spite of all the Hooplah . He was Kind Hearted and would Help anyone in need if He was able . I last saw David in 1993 when He lived up-above Hollywood Blvd. on Highland near the old Ozzie n Harriot Estate , or was the Errol Flynn estate anyway He'll be missed by all...

My thoughts and prayers are with David's family. I've thought of him many times over the years. I worked for The David Forest Company and Fun Productions for 5 years in the 70's. They were some of the best years of my life, with experiences I'll never forget. I'll always think of him fondly.
