We spent many nights talking, philosophizing, complaining, etc. I last heard from David aka Whitey in ‘84 when the Wall opened. He invited me to meet in D.C. for the gathering but I didn’t have the $ to travel VT to D.C. plus I had five young children. My heart goes out to David's family. I am very saddened by his death. We were childhood friends and played on the streets of Smithers for many years. I know he will be greatly missed by his family and friends. May God keep you in his loving care. God Bless you David.

I am so sorry for your great loss. He was indeed a great caring person.

Linda,
We are so sorry to have gotten this news. Please know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

My heart broke as I read of David's passing. My husband had been trying to follow on facebook. David tought me several life lessons when I was an 18 years old just starting life as an adult working at Lowe's. To his family I know you have suffered a great loss and are in our prayers!

I am sorry to hear about David. My husband, John Lee Cottrell, went to school with David and they graduated together. I lost John in December and my prayers go out to you and the family. They always had so many stories and played ball together. My condolences to you all.

Eternal rest my friend. You were a one of a kind and it was a pleasure to call you friend. Linda Polley Pruett-MHS class of 1966

My condolences to the Forms family. I worked with David at Lowe's when I first started working for Lowe's in 2011. I remember him always helping our customers and employees with a smile on his face!! Would do anything for anyone. RIP!

Dear Linda, Jessica, Amanda and Rachel,
I am so sorry to hear about David. Sending lots of love and keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers.
