Not sure what to say?

David was my first Captain when I finally earned a position as a career firefighter, (1986). Although we only worked together for a year before I transfered to the Pittsfield Fire Department, he still had a lasting effect on me throughout my career. The few fires we had, the training we performed, the meals we ate and the laughs we shared made working with Dave a true joy. Our friendship continued even after I left. Rest assured brother, the LFD will continue on with the great legacy...
