Not sure what to say?

The Forsythe family: I didn't know Mr. Forsythe very well, but I do know he was a gracious and caring person who helped my daughter, Sherri, learn to drive and took her for her driving test with his daughter. My husband had died earlier that year and I greatly appreciated his caring to do that for us. I also know that my daughter just loved your family and enjoyed your company. I will keep you in my prayers. God bless. Sharon (Walton) Beck

Dear Mary, Jenny, Davie and Sheena,
One last hug! That's what we needed and Dave so willing gave that last week. Like he said, "I'm ready to be with Jesus, so why are people crying?" Because we loved him and will miss Dave greatly, but knowing he is at peace with the Lord he loved, worshipped and served gives all of us peace.
What fabulous memories we shall always cherish!
We love you all and so glad we're friends/family! God's blessings and allow Him to give you comfort.

Mary and family,
You have my deepest sympathy.Dave was my Sunday school teacher, and both you and Dave were my youth group counselors.I haven't seen you or Dave lately, but I sure will miss him.I'm so sorry that I couldn't attend the wake or the funeral as I was busy attending to my daughter and helping her recover from having her appendics removed. She lives in McClellanville,South Carolina, and I have been here since Labor Day.Once again Mary, you and your family have...

Mary -
You and David were always a ray of sunshine whenever I saw you at the Polansky family gatherings. I wanted to send you a hug and let you know you are in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless!
Sandy (Zielenski)

Dear Mary, Jenny, and Davie,
We are just in shock because we just heard about this. Dave was such a wonderful, giving, funny, interesting, and good man. He gave so much to everyone. He always made our family feel so welcome when we walked into church. He was always concerned about everyone else. God Bless you and your family.
Love, Rene` and Jeff Kraig (and family)

Mr. Forsythe will truly be missed. My boys and I will miss him standing at the top of the stairs and being greeted by an enthusiastic wave, his “hi-fives” or hugs. Always such a positive person, we looked forward to seeing him and hearing his stories. He made you feel welcomed and loved, and even if you were having a bad day, just him being around made you feel better. He will be dearly missed. May God bless you and your entire family.

Mrs. Forsythe, Jenny, Dave, Sheena, Kaydence,

I will miss Mr. Forsythe a lot. There were so many great memories with Mr. Forsythe throughout my childhood years all the way into my adult life. Mr. Forsythe was always a great listener and story teller. I can still remember my college graduation party at my parent’s house back in June 1993 and I introduced Mr. Forsythe to my girlfriend (now my wife) and her parents, and he ended up talking to them for what seemed like hours about...

Dear Mary and Family,

We are so sorry to hear about the loss of Dave, a truly wonderful and selfless man. He was a joy to be with and a true inspiration to all of us who had the good fortune to know him. I will always remember him conducting the children singing during all of the Christmas pagents like there was no tomorrow. His enthusiasm always carried the day and the results were always wonderful. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

With deepest sympathy,
Marsha,...

one of my many memories of dave is that he always made us laugh. the other day i was thinking about one of the weddings we had gone to and the girls had gone up to do the electric slide and here comes dave just doing his own dance and telling us how much he loved the song, we laughed so hard. and his mr. wong story when he was teaching. he will be greatly missed. he was an excellent friend.
