David was truly honorable in his dealings with me on the South Hadley house. Sorry that I have a conflict on the day of his calling hours. Please accept my deepest sympathies.

Very sad news. My deepest condolences to Dave´s family and huge circle of friends. He was the friend you could call for a favor and he would always help out. I was lucky to know him from living in Boston, mountain biking and 4wheeling in western Massachusetts. To Zing! Many great memories! RIP Frainer!

Please except our condolences, Dave (rock and roll Dave )as we called him will be deeply missed. We loved out casual lunches and great stories of Dave´s adventures. He is such a special person and will live on in the fond memories that we have of him.
