I met David on a New Years sunrise hike. He brought champagne, OJ and cups to toast in the new year. I let him know how it would be an honor for him to lead me on a hike or climb on any mountain someday because he was trustworthy and knowledgeable and fun.....and had great taste in music! He will be missed on this earth.
