Not sure what to say?

I am saddened by this news of a Friends School classmate. We starred opposite each other in our 8th grade production of Annie Laurie. I would occasionally run into him around Boston. He was a fine person. I send consoling wishes to his mother and sisters.

Mr. Frank was a fresh, playful and erudite teacher and director. I appreciated the confidence I learned under his direction and the chance to be on stage at Roxbury Latin. It was always a treat to see him at class reunions, where his memories and thoughtful observations of our class and our subsequent pathways through the world continued to reflect the thoughtful kindness that was his touch.

My condolences to his family and fellow thespians.

I would like to extend condolences to David's family from all his caregivers at HVMA. He was a pleasure to care for, always cheerful and good natured. He will be remembered as a wonderful teacher for those of us who had sons at RL.
Best Regards,

I met David through his sister Emily and on the occasions when our paths crossed again, he was always engaging and engaged with people. Whether it was music or books or current events or the theater, he could talk intelligently about it, and in so doing. pass his obvious love for the subject onto you. This is the mark of a great teacher. I knew him as a good man.

My most heartfelt condolences to Emily, and her family, on the loss of your brother and son.

Such sad news about a fellow Friends School graduate. Thoughts and prayers are with the family, especially Debbie, Julie, and Emily.

Dear Debbie:

We send our heartfelt condolences on the passing of David. Like his sister, David exemplifies the humanity and generosity we associate you and the Frank family. His long teaching career will be an enduring legacy of life well lived.

Wishing you comfort at this difficult moment.
