Dave and Jim and Nancy always had such a beautiful bond. I envied that ......so who would´ve thought the youngster would go first God bless the children of Dave and Susan. He was always so kind to me And God bless the incredible mother the three of them had !!!!!

I got to know Dave over the years at events at his sister Nancy's (and Ed's) house in Wisconsin. His mother, Gogi (Dottie), lived there in her later years and he & Susan plus their children would be there. His brother, Jim/Bonne also made it on some of those occasions. I was luckily to be included sometimes. I enjoyed Dave's charm, his love for his family, and his deep caring as a thoughtful man. To me he will always be Friendly Dave with the laughing blue eyes. David was responsible for so many happy memories of my time at college in Cape Girardeau. I am glad that we had a few moments at the end of our lives to reflect again on these times and to share with each other the course of our lives since. Rest in peace, dear man. You are loved and you will be missed.
