David was a remarkably accomplished man. I found him interesting and easy to converse with, and enjoyed all the times we interacted. What an incredible bond David and Natalie shared, with common interests and activities and values. He will be greatly missed. May his memory be a blessing to all who knew and loved him.

David was a long-time friend from when we worked together in Jackson Hole, Wyoming at Teton Valley Ranch in 1967. Our shared experiences led us to remain friends. David served as a groomsman in my wedding the same year he and Natalie were married. In fact, about 1947 David's parents introduced my parents for the first time in Tucson. David could "fix" anything. Enthusiastic and hard-working beyond compare. David was outspoken, honest, with a generous and spirit of a true Rotarian ...

I grew up with David. When he lived in Winterhaven his was the first place to show what was possible with landscaping that didn't feature grass. He was a fearless pioneer who didn't waver. Tucson is better because of his life.

Hard news again. He was a student of Chuck Minor who was Dean of Forestry at NAU. And had such a distinguished life as shown in his obituary. My condolences to his family and friends. We are diminished in his passing but blessed he passed our way
