Not sure what to say?

I am saddened today to hear the Mr GABA passed way. Condolences to the family. Ms Gloria

I didn´t know Dave very well. He co-instructed the FMCS Arbitrator class in Seattle a few years ago. I am a UNO grad, so he and I talked Omaha and Lincoln. He was helping me transition from an employer advocate to Arbitrator. I emailed him today re: FMCS rumors, and received the return email that he had passed. He was a very bright man, very helpful and professional, and I send my prayers and condolences to his loved ones and family.

I am so sorry for your loss. He is deeply missed. He was very instrumental in helping me start my career while I was in college,

Still think of you often can´t believe you are gone, thank you for all the laughs, all the good times hope you knew how amazing you were!

One of the most reasonable men I have ever known. A truly objective finder of fact. I am better for having known you even if just for a short time. Rest in Peace.

I just found out about this today. Dave was the best arbitrator I ever worked with in 40 plus years of representing unions at arbitration. Beyond that, he was a brillian man and, as much as you can be friends with an arbitrator... he was a mentor and a friend. His loss is immeseable. I am truly devastated.

I'm heartbroken and will truly miss Dave. Helen Immelt

I spent the entire day with Dave a few weeks before his passing, he was here at our office in Las Vegas. He was a lovely gentleman, smart and funny and treated people with respect. An attorney who treats others not equal to them, especially when no one is around, is a treasure. We both had a nice day.
