Not sure what to say?

I knew Dave while he was in North Carolina for several years. There was a time when Dave and I met for lunch almost every day. When he chose to move back to Ohio with his family, we only spoke on occasion....the last time was over a year ago.

Tonight, while sitting at my computer, something told me to perform a search for Dave to see if I could find what he's been up to recently. Needless to say, I am in shock and utter disbelief.

Dave was a person that could make...

We barely knew Mr. Ganley but the few times that we were with him, he brightened up the room with his smile. Kelly, you are Dear friend to us and may the Peace of God be with you and your family always.

We were so sorry to hear about the loss of your father this evening. Although I only knew him for a brief time he left a lasting impression. A true gentleman is the best way I can describe him. His warm smile and soft spoken manner will be greatly missed.
With sincere sympathy,

I ran into Dave and Bill downtown on there way to a game May 2008. It was really nice seeing him. He will be missed. Much Love, Steve Prior

The Prior's

Dave was not only my brother, but also my best friend. I could depend on him for anything. We came a long way from the times when I beat him up when we were little kids. I am going to miss him more that I can express. Good bye my friend, wait for me in heaven. God Speed.

Dave Ganley was my very first hockey coach and although I haven't seen him in 25 years, I still remember him as if it were yesterday. He was truly a kind, caring man and an excellent role model who had a positive influence on my life. My thoughts and prayers are with the Ganley family.

I have fond memories of Dave as he worked at the Cleve. Hts. Recreation Pavilion and as he was a significant influence in the hockey program. He always had a smile and a kind word to say. Dave came to our home (The Adams Family) and we had many chats and laughs.....great memories. May he rest in peace. God bless his family and give them comfort, especially during this period.

I will always remember Dave in a special way he made laugh and smile. I am so glad i had the opportunity to meet Dave he will never be forgotten and his memory will always be with me. Dave was such a true friend to my husband and that meant alot to him and myself. He has touched Harry and my life like no one else could ever imagine. The times we spent with Dave were priceless. He never met a stranger and everyone loved seeing him come. He would do anything he could to help someone and never...
