I just learned of your passing David... I met you once and found you fascinating ! Being a recipient of your kindness and generosity to attend Trombone Shorty and Mavis Staples! Your expression was unforgettable when I told you I had worked in Pediatric Dentistry for over 40 years, and suggested it was the best specialty!! You surely did not agree!
