Louise, Ashley, Carla and David-I am so sorry for your loss and just learned of Dave's passing. I am so glad I had the honor of knowing Dave and his fierce dedication to the Democratic party which I share. Bless you all in knowing he is at peace and can rest after the good fight. God bless all of the family at this time of sorrow. Will miss Dave very much. Our Spence family had many fun times at picnics with the family, Birthdsy events, holiday dinners, camping at Raystown, and the boat rides with Dave and family. Knew his dad John and both his parents took me and my dad on a ride over the acreage they bought upon which to build their house. David was my age and we never really knew one another. May his soul rest in peace with his parents and the angels.
