Send FlowersNEWPORT NEWS - David Russell Gay Jr., 68, died Nov. 27, 2009. A native of Ivor, he was a retired construction supervisor with Newport News Shipbuilding and was a member of the Army National Guard. He is survived by four children and eleven grandchildren.
