Oh my David, how I miss you so. I have tried a couple times to write something but couldn't. I still can't believe you are gone. I am so heartbroken. All the memories, laughs, talks, stories I will cherish forever. I am going to miss your phone calls. I am so glad I had the privilege of working with you, almost makes me wish I'd have stayed just to have that much more time with you. Going to PT to visit will never be the same without you. You were one of the kindest men I have ever met....

I didn't know David very well, but do know he had a kind heart and gentle soul. He was a wonderful physical therapist and will miss his smiling face! We pray for comfort, to his family and give all a sense of peace knowing how David touched each of our lives.

Although I did not know David well personally, I had the distinct pleasure of working with him. I was always genuinely happy to interact with him as he was the epitome of kindness and professionalism - a true gentleman in every sense of the word. It is my sincere hope that David's family will be assured that David was loved and respected by all those who knew him. My deepest sympathy in this difficult time goes out to you.
