David was born on April 14, 1951 and passed away on Monday, May 20, 2019. David was a resident of Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania at the time of passing. He was a graduate of Penn State University where he was a member of the swim team and SAE Fraternity and where he met his better half, Joey.

Joey and Family, I first met Dave in the Winter of 1971 when I was rushing the SAE Fraternity at Penn State. I loved Dave and always enjoyed being in his company. He had an easy laugh. A true gentlemen. I learned a lot from Dave and his fellow upperclassmen that has served me well in my adult life. I have had a deep sense of loss since learning of his passing and I am sure all of the Penn State SAEs from the early 1970s share that sentiment.

Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss of Dave. I met Dave in the Fall of '70 at an SAE rush. It is all a blur but I think Dave was the first Brother I met that evening - and it is not an understatement to say that it changed my life. Dave was my advocate, promoter and became my Big Brother.
